Seat requests for upcoming trips should only be made online, Monday – Friday and not on weekend dates or 48 hrs prior to a trip date.
At that point you should phone your request to the office @ 315-789-7272.
If you DO NOT receive an email confirmation and you have placed a request online, your seat request has not been processed.
