CANCELLATION POLICIES – By Trip Type
- Hourly Services – (Wine/Brewery Tours, Weddings, etc.)
- Deposits/Balances are non-refundable after received. Any amount given as deposit to include balance, is considered.
- All balances are due 3.5 weeks prior to date of service.
- If client/contract holder cancels their contract/reservation after payment has been made, but at least 24 hours prior to service date/time, client will receive a Credit Voucher that will expire 1 year from date issued.
- If client/contract holder cancels their contract/reservation later than 24 hours prior to service date/time, for ANY REASON, No Refund/Credit Voucher will be issued.
- Overtime charges will automatically be charged to credit card on file for service Date.
- Finger Lakes Limousine Trips (i.e. trips arranged and scheduled by Finger Lakes Limo such as Casino and other destination trips)
- Balances are due when each trip reaches a 20 person minimum and is within 1 month of travel.
- NO REFUNDS after deposits/payments are received.
- Airport Service
- Full payment due when reservation is made.
- If client/contract holder cancels their contract/reservation after payment has been made, but at least 24 hours prior to service date/time, client will receive a Credit Voucher that will expire 1 year from date issued.
- If client/contract holder cancels their contract/reservation later than 24 hours prior to service date/time, for ANY REASON, No Refund/Credit Voucher will be issued.
- Finger Lakes Limousine will honor a cancellation without penalty/additional charges if service is rescheduled for the same day, depending on availability.
- If client/contract holder cancels their contract/reservation for ANY REASON, and reschedules for a different day, new charges for service will apply.
- Finger Lakes Limousine is not responsible for weather, traffic or aircraft/airline issues or delays.
- HWS Student Airport Shuttle (multiple students picked up at scheduled shuttle times)
- Full payment due when reservation is made.
- If a contract is canceled:
- At least 24 hours prior to service date/time, client will receive a Credit Voucher that will expire 1 year from date issued.
- Within 24 hours of service date/time, for ANY REASON, No Refund/Credit Voucher will be issued.
- And can be placed on another "Student shuttle", no other charges apply.
- And have to be changed to a "non-shuttle" day, full rate will apply. Prior payment will be applied to new reservation.
- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY FINGER LAKES LIMOUSINE VEHICLE.
- CONTRABAND: Finger Lakes Limousine will refuse to transport any person in Possession of Illegal Weapons or Controlled Substances.
- ALCOHOL: Guests of Legal Drinking Age Only may bring aboard and consume alcohol, with permission from Finger Lakes Limousine. If alcohol is found in possession of under-aged passengers, it will be confiscated and not returned. Any alcohol related problems with any passengers of ANY age, may result in termination of service with No Refund. Finger Lakes Limousine is not responsible for injuries to passengers whose injury is related to alcohol use before, during or after service is rendered.
- CLEANING CHARGE:Chauffeurs may impose an extra charge for excessive cleanup (or vomit) caused by passengers allowed use of the vehicle. Depending on the severity of the cleanup, service may be terminated by chauffeur with no refund.
- DAMAGES: Client/contract holder is responsible for all damages to any part of the vehicle made by any passenger allowed use of the vehicle. All charges will automatically be charged to the credit card on file for service date.
- SAFETY:For purpose of safety to all passengers, there will be no standing on seats, counter tops or other parts of vehicles other than floor and entry steps. Passengers should remain seated at all times, while vehicle is in motion. No leaning or throwing objects outside of the vehicle.
- GLASSWARE: All Finger Lakes Limousine glassware and property must remain within the vehicle. Any glassware missing or broken will automatically be charged to the credit card on file for service date.
- ROAD CONDITIONS/DELAYS: Chauffeurs are not responsible for any delays due to weather, traffic or client itinerary requests. Chauffeur will decide if road conditions are safe enough to travel for the purpose of safety of passengers, vehicle and surrounding property.
- PERSONAL PROPERTY: Finger Lakes Limousine is not responsible for any property left in the vehicle. Please be sure to remove all belongings when exiting the vehicle at conclusion of service.
- PROM PERSONAL PROPERTY: All bags, large or small, will be secured in the trunk of vehicle and will not be returned until conclusion of service.
- EVENT PARKING: Client/contract holder is responsible for any parking/garage charges where required.
- Finger Lakes Limousine reserves the right to subcontract or substitute vehicles for maintenance or safety issues with the guarantee that vehicle substituted will accommodate the amount of passengers in the reservation.
